Your Managing Committee (MC) is elected at each AGM (usually held February each year) and meets as required both face to face and virtually. Business is also conducted by email and WhatsApp. It can co-opt during the year. Some posts are non-voting.

The ‘Club Officers’, who carry certain legal responsibilities, are the Chairman, Club Secretary and Club Treasurer.
The Constitution provides for a Club President and Vice-President. Both positions, which are non-voting, had been vacant since 2012 with the passing of Life President Jack Gillett who was a founder member and Club Secretary for many years.
At the 2022 AGM Tony Nickson was elected President in recognition of his six years dedicated service despite suffering a stroke one month after his election to Chairman in 2016. He played a key role in steering the club through the Covid19 era and restarting so strongly in 2021.
Andrew Nisbet was elected Vice-President after leading the club variously as Treasurer, Secretary, Vice Chairman, Coach, Armourer and website developer, for over 20 years.
