Our Membership Form is a bit long for various legal, insurance and child protection purposes. It is also a bit fussy about check boxes being ticked, dates etc..

Please advise any issues that may affect the fencer and might become apparent while fencing. eg Diabetes, asthma, epilepsy, epipen user, heart condition, etc., we really need to know! Understanding any learning or behavioural issues helps us integrate a child into the club.
